How many people are included in my space rental?

RV sites can accommodate 6 guests and cabins can fit up to 4.

How much does it cost to add additional people to my reservation?

Reservations include 2 adults and 2 children, additional guests are $5 per person.

If I have visitors, do they need parking or day passes?

There is no fee for daytime visitors. No overnight guests are allowed.

Can my visitors use the amenities?

Yes, visitors are permitted to use campground amenities.

Is drinking allowed onsite?

Yes, drinking is allowed around the park for those who are 21 or older.

Is fishing in the lake catch and release or keepers?

Fishing in the canal does not require a license and is catch and release or keep. Fishing in Grand Lake does require a fishing license, and you can catch and release or keep.

Can I bring my own boat/kayak?

Yes, kayaks are also available to rent for $30 per day.

Can I bring my own golf cart?

Yes, guests may bring their own golf carts.

Are companion or emotional support animals allowed at no cost?

Service animals are allowed everywhere, at all times. All accommodations are open to those with service animals. There is not a pet fee. If there is additional cleaning or damages caused by the animal, the owners will be charged accordingly.

Does my dog have to be on a leash?

Yes, dogs must always be leashed and not left unattended.

Are there age requirements to rent an RV space? Cabin?

Guests must be 18 years old to rent an RV space or cabin.

Is an ID required at check-in?

An ID is not required at check-in.

Can I work on my car/camper in the park?

Working on vehicles and campers is not allowed in the park.

Can I wash my RV in the park?

No, guests cannot wash RVs in the park.

Can I sleep in my car in an RV site?

Car camping is not allowed.

Can I receive mail or packages?

Yes, guests can have packages delivered to the office before or during their stay. Please notify the front office that you are expecting a package so it can be accepted. Packages can be picked up during office hours. Long-term guests will need to rent a box at the post office in town.

Are the bathrooms and showers ADA accessible?

No, bathrooms and showers are not ADA accessible.

Is there an onsite laundry facility?

Yes, our laundry facility is open 24 hours and is attached to SE side of main office. Machines are coin operated and guests can exchange rolls of quarters at the front desk.

Are the showers open 24 hours a day?

Showers are open 24/7 and available for use from April 1 to November 1.

Is there a maximum stay allowed?

Stays are month to month; maximum stay must be agreed upon by management and guest.

Where is smoking permitted?

Smoking is permitted outdoors and is not allowed in the office or other buildings.

Do all sites have picnic tables?

All RV sites and cabins have picnic tables.

Is there a dump station onsite?

Yes, there onsite dump station is open to the public for $5 per dump.

Is there propane sold onsite?

There is propane filling station but no exchange. From April-October, sales stop at 6 p.m. From November-March, sales stop at 5 p.m.

Can I fill my freshwater tank onsite?

Yes, freshwater tanks can be filled onsite.

Can I bring outside firewood to burn?

Outside firewood is permitted, we also sell bundles of firewood onsite.

Is there a store onsite?

Yes, there is a convenience store onsite.

Are there prepared food options onsite (restaurant, snack shack, deli, pizza)?

There is no prepared food available onsite.

Is there a party or meeting place available onsite?

Our Club Room is available to rent for $100 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. There is no charge to use the open pavilion.

Do you offer free Wi-Fi?

Free Wi-Fi is provided but not guaranteed.

Do you offer satellite and/or cable tv?

No, however guests can bring their own satellite or antenna.

Are tents allowed in addition to an RV in an RV space? In addition to a cabin rental?

No tents are allowed on RV spaces.

How many tents are allowed per tent site?

No tent camping is allowed at this resort.

If I have extra vehicles, is there an overflow parking area?

Yes. Overflow parking is located near the Club Room and Bathhouse, across from site 073 (in front of the barn.) There is no extra charge for overflow parking.

Do you allow triple towing?

Triple towing is not allowed.

How do I cancel my reservation?

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call (539) 444-9431. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.
