Design Ideas Low profile and spreading habit make these the ideal filler plants for almost any application in full sun. Use to flesh out the front of the aging shrub or perennial border. Group in irregular combinations or mass as a true groundcover to compound the potent floral color display. Exceptional choice for lining the edge of a walk or driveway and filling the narrow strip that divides front yards. A beautiful choice for banks and slopes as coverage and erosion control. Makes particularly elegant potted patio tree on porch or terrace.

Tolerates brief drought, when established. In zones 6 and colder, protect young plants in winter. Fertilize in spring and summer. Prune back by 1/3 annually.
